IBC Bank- Laredo Promotes Six to Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President

IBC Bank-Laredo is pleased to announce the promotion of three people to executive vice president and three to senior vice president.

'We have a great group of people at our bank and they work hard to provide the best possible service to our customers,' IBC Bank Chairman and CEO Dennis E. Nixon said. 'These well-earned promotions of many of our long-term employees highlight their commitment to the bank's 'We Do More' spirit.'

Promotions from Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President

Eliza V. Gonzalez is the head of various corporate divisions including wire transfer, accounts payable, trust and employee benefits, as well as shareholders' investment relations. Gonzalez has been with IBC Bank for 35 years and has 39 years of total banking experience. She is past President of the Boys and Girls Club of Laredo and currently serves as a Board member.

Nati Lozano is executive vice president of commercial and international lending. He has been with IBC Bank for 20 years. As part of the international community, Lozano has served on the board of the National Bankers Association, Laredo Chamber of Commerce, Greater Laredo Development Foundation and the Asociacion de Empresarios Mexicanos, Laredo.

Rosie Ramirez marks 26 years in IBC Bank's Human Resources Department and an overall 30 years in the profession. As executive vice president, Ramirez oversees the corporate human resources and corporate training division initiatives. She is responsible for 3,200 employees in 12 regions throughout Texas and Oklahoma. She is a current United Way board member and has been involved in other civic organizations like Leadership Texas, Financial Women International and Laredo Business and Professional Women's Association.

Promotions from First Vice President to Senior Vice President

Rene Arriaga is a senior vice president in the retail division where he manages full-service branches employing sales managers, sales associates and tellers. Arriaga is also responsible for the sales and operations for the 20 locations for IBC Bank-Laredo and Commerce Bank's retail division. He is a member of IBC's Corporate Sales Council. The Sales Council oversees all Sales and Service Programs for the entire corporation. Arriaga has been with IBC Bank for over 20 years. Arriaga attended Bank Operations School at Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas. He serves as a member for the 2015 Economic Development Committee for the Laredo Community College.

Gabriela Holloway is now the senior vice president of corporate compliance. With 21 years at IBC Bank, Holloway manages the corporate compliance program and participates on a number of the bank's corporate committees. She is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), a designation that places her among the top compliance professionals in the country. She is proud to be on the Board of Casa de Misericordia and on the Small Business Committee for the Laredo Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys spending family time with her husband Grayson and their two children, Samuel 7 and Sarah 4.

Judith Wawroski Addison, with 19 years at the bank, is the head of the corporate financial accounting department. Wawroski Addison's primary responsibilities include the preparation of regulatory reports and taxes filed with various governmental agencies for the International Bancshares Corporation and its bank subsidiaries. She also manages the team responsible for management reporting and various operational areas in the financial accounting department for International Bancshares and its subsidiaries. Wawroski Addision is a member of the corporate Disclosure Committee and is also the primary coordinator of the interim and annual audit of the Corporation . Wawroski Addison is a board member of the Laredo Little Theater and Casa de Misericordia.
