Today Intershop has transferred the last freehold unit of 17 exceptional city apartments and three commercial spaces in Zurich-Wiedikon to its new owners, after a construction period of approximately 18 months.
With «eden7», the last of four freehold apartment projects, Intershop is completing the repositioning of the former commercial site close to Giesshübel station. After a developing period of 20 years an attractive and popular quarter which combines living, lifestyle and work in a modern urban way has been created.
