Intertek Group plc ('Intertek') today confirms the following change to the composition of the Board and information required under section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006.
Board change
Following the announcement made on 2 March 2017, Alan Brown has stepped down from the Board today after serving six years as a Non-Executive Director. No remuneration payments have been made or are due to be made following his departure as a Director and no payments have been made for loss of office.
