ISS Australia has announced structural changes representing a significant investment in our future. This investment is designed to bring us closer to our Key Accounts in targeted customer segments to position our business effectively for future growth whilst remaining focused on strong operational performance.

We have a bold vision to be 'The World's Greatest Service Organisation' and for this to be achieved, we must have the appropriate organisational structure in place to allow us to meet the demands of an ever changing market.

The immediate changes to the Australian business are:
1. The creation of a dedicated Business & Industry (B&I) division. This will be a consolidation of the current FM Services portfolio (including Global Corporate Clients) with Business and Industry clients currently operating within our Specialised Services Division
2. The creation of a dedicated Education division, providing formal recognition of the scale and market leadership of our services to this segment
3. The introduction of a dedicated Health portfolio as a standalone Division.

There is no impact on either the Aviation or New Zealand structures as a result of this announcement.

Business & Industry
It is with great pleasure that ISS announces the appointment of Tim Ryerson as our new Executive General Manager - Business & Industry. After an extensive search of the market, Tim has been appointed to this role to drive the development and growth potential of this new market segment.

Education
The Education portfolio consists of major contracts such as New South Wales Whole of Government and the new Victorian Schools contract, as well as a large number of Universities & TAFE's. Phillip Thomson has been appointed to the position of Executive General Manager - Education. Phillip will continue to perform his role as EGM Energy & Resources.
Health
Aaron Cauchi will continue to lead this market segment in his capacity as Executive General Manager - Health. Following a transition of FM contracts to Tim, Aaron and his leadership team will now focus their energies exclusively on this division to position the business favourably for further success in the future.

The primary benefits of the change to the ISS business will be our ability to focus and execute more effectively on our strategic priorities. We will now be able to move faster to respond to the needs of our current and future customers while building customer and employee engagement and driving growth for the future.

ISS welcome Tim Ryerson to the Executive Leadership team of ISS Pacific, and we look forward to working with all clients to drive customer and employee engagement as well as growth for ISS Pacific.
