Kinepolis : Proposal to appoint Ignace Van Doorselaere as an independent director of Kinepolis Group NV

During the Ordinary General Meeting of 10 May 2017, the Board of Directors of Kinepolis Group NV will propose to appoint Mr Ignace Van Doorselaere, permanent representative of 4F EBVBA, as an independent director.
Ignace Van Doorselaere has had a successful career at AB-Inbev, where he occupied successively the positions of head of strategy and M&A, Managing Director of Inbev Netherlands, and VP for Western Europe. He then spent 12 years as CEO at the head of the listed company Van de Velde. He is the author of several management books and is a popular speaker. Recently, he took up the position of CEO at Neuhaus. His extensive international management experience and people-centred growth philosophy will make him a great asset on the Kinepolis Group Board of Directors.
