Kinepolis Group NV has received a transparency notification dated 21 June 2016, indicating that the companies BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited, BlackRock Asset Management Schweiz AG, BlackRock Fund Advisors, BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, BlackRock International Limited, BlackRock Investment Management (Australia) Limited, BlackRock (Luxembourg) S.A. and BlackRock (Netherlands) B.V., all controlled by BlackRock Inc, now hold, by virtue of the acquisition of shares on 17 June 2016, 3.08% of the voting rights (843,202 voting rights) of the company. As such, the threshold of 3% has been crossed.
