(15 June 2017, Hong Kong) Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited ("Kingdee" or the "Group", stock code: 00268.HK), a leading enterprise Cloud services provider, announced that the Group's subsidiary, Shenzhen Kingdee Tianyan Middleware Company Limited ("Kingdee Tianyan" or the "Company") was listed on the New Third Board (Stock Code: 871155) on 14 June 2017, marking its entrance into the capital markets. The successful listing of Kingdee Tianyan will create a dynamic environment for capital raising, provide a broad development platform for domestic small and medium-sized software enterprises, improve China's software industrial chain, and further enhance the innovation and growth of domestically-made infrastructure software.
