Due to the retirement of Mr. Erol Memioğlu, President of Koç Holding A.Ş. Energy Group, as of the date of ordinary shareholders meeting of Koç Holding A.Ş. for the year 2015 which will be held in 2016, the Board of Directors resolved in their meeting dated 30 September 2015 to appoint Mr. Yağız Eyüboğlu, General Manager of Aygaz A.Ş., as the Deputy President of Koç Holding A.Ş. Energy Group effective as of 1 October 2015 and as the President of Energy Group effective as of the retirement date of Mr. Erol Memioğlu.
