Further to Current Report No. 49/2017 of September 27th 2017, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, September 28th 2017, the Company's subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ (the Buyer) has signed agreement with Getin Noble Bank S.A. (Agreement, the Bank).
Under the Agreement, PROKURA NS FIZ purchased from the Bank a portfolio of unsecured retail debts with an aggregate nominal value of PLN 419,7 m.
The debts covered by the Agreement will be assigned to the Buyer on the Agreement execution date. The Agreement does not provide for any significant contractual penalties. Other terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
