In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 the Company provides details of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on 27 November 2014.
In respect of Resolution 14, given more than 5% of proxy votes were voted against what would otherwise be the decision of the meeting, the Company's listing on the TSX in Canada means that in accordance with the requirements of Canadian securities laws a vote on this Resolution must be taken by poll.
