OASIS is part of a family of contracts along with OASIS Small Business (SB), a 100-percent small business set-aside contract. OASIS was developed in response to the government's substantial need for a hybrid, government-wide acquisition vehicle that provides a streamlined solution for both commercial and non-commercial requirements for professional services.

The core disciplines of the contract services include program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial. Leidos received awards in all six contract pools. These contracts span many areas of expertise and mission spaces; span multiple professional service disciplines; contain significant IT components; provides support for commercial and non-commercial requirements; allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs, at the task order level.

"The GSA OASIS award will allow for dynamic growth within the security, engineering, and health solutions marketplaces. This vehicle provides our customers with a quick way to meet their professional solutions mission requirements and provides Leidos with a key contract vehicle to perform in our core markets," said Leidos Nationals Security Sector President Lou Von Thaer.
