Atlanta, GA - May 23, 2016 - Liberty Property Trust today announced it has signed a long-term lease with Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. for 107,095 square feet, marking the company's first plant location in Georgia.

'We are excited to add another quality tenant to the Atlanta portfolio,' said Steve Rowley, vice president of leasing for Liberty's Atlanta region. 'Love's is a world class organization and we look forward to helping them expand their operations in Georgia.'

The company moved into its new location at 2000 Southpoint Drive last month.

Randy Hoye of Richard Bowers represented Love's and Rodney Davidson and Reed Davis with JLL represented Liberty in the transaction.
