Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. acquired Pair of Warehouse/Office Buildings Near West Palm Beach from Liberty Property Trust for $41.1 million on February 7, 2022. The properties include a 83,480-square-foot warehouse/office on 6.9 acres at 1400 Northpoint Parkway and a 64,209-square-foot warehouse/office on 5.3 acres at 300 Northpoint Parkway. The price equated to $278 a square foot. The transaction was part of 75 properties that Equus acquired as part of an industrial portfolio deal totaling 5.4 million square feet across seven markets.
