Houston, TX - September 13, 2016 - Liberty Property Trust today announced a leadership change in Houston. Jay Kraft, who has led Liberty's Houston region since 2011, has retired after 27 years of service and Hans Brindley has been promoted to lead the Houston office as vice president of leasing and development.

Brindley joined Liberty in 2007 as senior leasing representative and currently serves as a leader of Liberty's Industrial Practice Group. Before joining Liberty, Brindley served as leasing and marketing director at First Industrial Realty Trust in the Houston area. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas, in Austin and is pursuing his CCIM designation. He is a board director for the Houston chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), and a member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), Greater Houston Partnership, Greenspoint District, and La-Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce.

Kraft joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in 1989 as director of property management in the Malvern, PA office. He was city manager of the Richmond, VA office from 2007-2011. In 2011 he assumed the role of city manager for the Houston operation.
