Green Point Business Park reaches 100% occupancy with signed leases

Charlotte, NC -November 29, 2016 - Liberty Property Trust announced that it has signed four leases totaling 50,737 square feet in Green Point Business Park in Greensboro, bringing the park to 100% occupancy.

'Green Point Business Park's strategic location in the heart of the Piedmont Triad continues to draw interest from quality companies seeking access to the area's highway infrastructure and regional workforce,' said Bryan Blythe, vice president leasing and development for Liberty's Carolinas region.

  • Magnussen Home Furnishings signed a new lease for 17,005 square feet at 4523 Green Point Drive, and will move into its new location this month. Kevin Kemp and Ryan Gioffre of Triad Commercial represented Magnussen Home Furnishings, and Ryan Conboy and Raffi Simel of Triad Commercial represented Liberty Property Trust in the transaction.
  • Burkle North America, Inc. has signed a new lease for 14,567 square feet at 4501 Green Point Drive. The company will move into its new East Coast location in January 2017. Mike Fowler of Brown Investment Properties represented Burkle North America, and Ryan Conboy and Raffi Simel of Triad Commercial represented Liberty in the transaction.
  • Butler Brothers Industrial Suppliers has signed a 13,565 square foot lease at 4524 Green Point Drive. Mike Fowler of Brown Investment Properties represented Butler Brothers Industrial Suppliers, and Ryan Conboy and Raffi Simel of Triad Commercial represented Liberty in the transaction.
  • LabelPack Automation has signed a 5,600 square foot lease renewal at 4500 Green Point Drive. Bryan Blythe of Liberty represented Liberty in the transaction.

Green Point Business Park offers four industrial buildings totaling 321,506 square feet. Located in the heart of the Piedmont Triad off Highway 68 and Gallimore Dairy Road (one-mile from Interstate 40), Green Point Business Park is home to a variety of national and regional companies.
