WORCESTER, Mass. (October 16, 2017) - Roseland Residential Trust, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), today announced three new additions to Worcester's rapidly expanding dining and retail scene. At 145 Front at City Square, the company's new luxury apartment home development in the heart of the city's downtown, the following leases have been signed:

  • Elizabeth Grady, a provider of skin care products, services, and education, will open a 1,791-square-foot spa.
  • Protein House, a chain of high-end, health-conscious restaurants, will open a 2,185-square-foot location.
  • Fidelity Cooperative Bank, a regional bank, will open a 3,005-square-foot branch.

The lease signings mark another step in the continued renaissance of downtown Worcester, which is experiencing significant business and population growth. At the heart of the city's rebirth is City Square, a $565-million, multi-phased development that's situated between City Hall and Union Station. One of the largest public-private development projects in Massachusetts, City Square will comprise more than 2.2 million square feet of commercial, medical, retail, entertainment, and residential space when complete. Remaining for lease are two retail units of approximately 1,700 square feet each.

A key component of the master-planned project is 145 Front at City Square, where Roseland is preparing to begin residential leasing for the community's first phase of 237 studio, one- and two-bedroom luxury apartment homes.

When complete, 145 Front at City Square will feature 365 apartment homes, complimented by a wide range of state-of-the-art amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, a courtyard with fire pit, barbecue grills, a dog run, and more. The community will also have a full-time concierge, a fitness center with on-demand yoga and spinning services, and a club room with billiards, computers, a lounge area, and a game room.
