Magyar Telekom's subsidiary, T-Systems Hungary signed an agreement to buy 100% of ITgen Kft. The company specializes in SAP related technological and security services.
ITgen Kft. possesses unique competencies in SAP technology consulting, SAP GRC and SAP Security. Thanks to the acquisition of the company T-Systems to obtain competencies that are closely related to and supplement its existing service portfolio. The acquisition helps T-Systems to improve its competitiveness and to provide more complex, further developed solutions and services to its current and future domestic and foreign customers. Besides, the so acquired abilities will support the further development of strategic areas like SAP HANA, IT Security, Outsourcing Cloud both in the short and long term.
