ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS PAYMENT OF SUPPLEMENTARY DIVIDENDS
We inform to the Company's Shareholders that the Annual General Meeting deliberated on this date the payment of supplementary cash dividends, regarding the fiscal year ended on December 31st, 2017, being distributed as the following terms:
Dividends: in the amount of R$ 143,634,100.94, corresponding to R$ 1.1194433801 per ordinary share. The dividends shall be paid on May 24th, 2018, not subject to withholding income tax, in accordance with the Law 9,249/95, article 10, considering the record date, that is, May 4th, 2018.
Date "Ex- dividends": as from May 7th, 2018 the Company shares shall be traded "ex dividends".

Mahle Metal Leve SA is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the automotive engine parts manufacture. The Companyâs activities are divided into two business segments: Engine components and Filter. The Engine components division produces parts for internal combustion engines and automotive vehicles, such as rings, sensors, rockers, rods, crank arms, bushes, cylinder sleeves, bearing covers, rocker assemblies, crowns, injectors, synchromesh hubs, universal joints, shafts, gears, guides and valve seats, pistons, water and oil pump impellers, gudgeon pins and pulleys.
