Manufacturas de Cemento SA is a Colombia-based company primarily involved in the cement industry. The Company’s activities include the production, distribution, export and sale of culvert, pipes, pipes accessories, drains, wells, prefabricated concrete elements, architectural concrete, cement blocks and other cement products and construction materials, which are marketed under the Titan brand. In addition, the Company carries out sewerage and paving works, and general construction activities. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Tubos de Tocumen SA, Promotora Industrial y Mercantil SA, Manufacturas de Cemento del Cauca SAS, Titan Peru SAC, Tubos Moore SA, Titan Dol SA and Decoblock SA.
