NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, May 22, 2018 - Marfrig Global Foods S.A. ("Marfrig" or the "Company") hereby informs that Mr. Marcos Antonio Molina dos Santos has notified the Company the celebration with the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office a commitment term of remediation related to the Cui Bono operation. It is worth mentioning this is not a plea agreement nor collaboration, and does not constitute an admission of guilty, so his business activities are not impacted.

Marfrig clarifies that this commitment term exempts the Company of any payment or financial impact in the future.
