MAROC TELECOM Appointment to Maroc Telecom's Management Board
The Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Oussama El Rifai as a member of Maroc Telecom's Management Board, replacing Mr. Laurent Mairot. He will assume the Chief Financial Officer position.
Mr. Oussama El Rifai joined Etisalat in 2005 as Director of Financial Development to create the Corporate Finance division and was then appointed as Senior Vice President Corporate Finance. Previously, he worked at Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting and Accenture where he was a senior manager.
Aged 44, Mr. Oussama El Rifai holds an MBA degree from the American University of Beirut and has successfully passed public accountancy exams of the State of California.
