Mercer has appointed Chris Caldon to the position of New England Office Leader, based in Boston. In this role, Mr. Caldon will be responsible for enhancing client service, capturing growth opportunities, and driving the overall success of Mercer’s offices in New England. He will report to Mary Tinebra, Northeast Market Leader.

Mr. Caldon has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product strategy, most recently with Mercer’s North America Sales Excellence Team. Prior to joining Mercer, Mr. Caldon worked in the HR technology marketplace at Peoplefluent, Inc., where he held various Senior Vice President level positions over the course of his tenure, including Marketing & Strategic Sales, North American Sales, and Client Services & Support. In addition, he has held leadership roles in product development, market strategy, and client management with organizations such as Fidelity Investments, Mellon Human Resources & Investor Solutions, and Authoria, Inc.

Mr. Caldon has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University.
