Mercer, a global consulting leader in advancing health, wealth and careers, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE:MMC), has appointed Dean Aloise as Growth Team Leader for Pittsburgh and Cleveland in the Pittsburgh office. In this role he will lead Mercer's efforts across all business and practice lines in the Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets to bring solutions to clients of all sizes. Mr. Aloise will report to Mary Tinebra, US Growth Leader.

Mr. Aloise spent the first 9 years of his career at Mercer as Principal, Retirement Business Operations Leader in Pittsburgh. Prior to his new role, he was the Global Leader for Conduent HR Consulting, LLC. Mr. Aloise received his bachelor’s degree with distinguished honors in actuarial science from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State. He was the winner of Pittsburgh Magazine's 40 under 40 in 2016 and was honored by the Pittsburgh Business Times as a Fast Tracker 2013. He is also an associate in the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.
