Megafon : Statement on ownership change

Pursuant to the official notice received on 08 November 2017, Sonera Holding B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Telia Company, has sold 117,580,311 ordinary shares of MegaFon to Gazprombank group of companies. The transaction was closed on 02 November 2017.
