The 3rd China Metallurgical Construction Group (3MCC Group) won the bid for the Tourism, Commercial & Cultural Complex in Changping of Beijing on December 6, 2013.
The jobsite is located two kilometers to the west of Xiguan Huandao in Changping, within the Thirteen Ming Tombs Scenic Region, to the north of Beijing-Tibet Expressway, to the west of Jiuxi Road, covering a total floorage area of 53,000 square meters. The contract scope of 3MCC Group covers: architectural decoration and general installation works in the recreation area; elevator, fireproof, ventilation & air conditioning, light-current system, electricity transformation and distribution room, low voltage distribution room and outdoor pavement works in the recreation and logistics areas.
The complex will be focused on the indoor high-tech and cultural experiences, and will be established into a fashion cultural and recreation experience center opening for all year and the whole city. With regard to the high-tech and cultural experience area, the worldwide famous Universal Studios will be taken as an example in terms its street-style layout. Under this project, a high-tech vacationland of stunning fashion will be built up, and thus a new brand will be set up for the tourism and cultural industry of Beijing City.
