By October 30th, MCC Huludao Nonferrous Metal Group Company Limited has accumulatively produced 18584 tons of refined zinc with the purity of 99.997% , 672 tons higher than the scheduled output, as means that the company has fulfilled the production plan for the whole year two months ahead of the schedule. 　　
As the main production unit of the Group, Huludao Lead-Zinc smelting plant has spared no effort to improve its product quality by strengthening production management, rigorously controlling production processing and refining management. The main problems facing the 99.997% refined zinc production are how to strictly control the tower body temperature and how to deal with the excessive cadmium and iron in the refined zinc. In the aspect of control of the impurities in raw materials, the plant has successfully ensured that the lead and cadmium do not exceed the relevant standards; in terms of control of iron in refined zinc, the plant has reformulated the service manual for iron tools, which are forbidden in all of the operations that may negatively affect the refined zinc quality and must be replaced when they turn red due to high temperature if there is a necessity for them to be used. As to temperature control for the tower body, the plant strictly controls the temperatures of the combustor and condenser and ensures that the temperature of the wall is at least 30℃ lower than that of the combustor, with the above standards met around the clock. 
As one of the major innovative brand products, the 99.997% refined zinc produced by the Group has been widely recognized and well received in terms of chemical, physical and surface qualities and hence has become a bestseller of the Group.
