　　On June 12th, CTMCC signed a cooperation agreement for the Leiyang Municipal Leading Market Circular Economy Industrial Park Development and Construction PPP Project, part of the Hunan Leiyang City Smart City Comprehensive Development Project.

　　With rich cargo movement resources and broad freight market space, Leiyang is one of the most concentrated commerce and trade regions in Hunan Province. The Leiyang City Smart City Comprehensive Development PPP Project has two parts: the Leading Market Circular Economy Industrial Park Development and Construction Project, which consists of the urban infrastructure construction and supporting public service construction of sewage tap water plants, hospitals, schools and so on, and the information construction of Leiyang Smart City.
