New York, February 1, 2018: Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, today announced the appointment of Nate Stulman as a Managing Director providing financial and strategic advice to financial, commerce, and technology companies on lending & payments, financial technology, commerce enablement, loyalty, and data & analytics. He will join the Firm in March and will be based in New York.

Mr. Stulman has nearly 15 years of investment banking experience advising banks, credit card issuers, specialty finance companies, and commerce and technology companies on transactions related to major lending & payments programs and portfolios, particularly in the credit card sector. He joins from Greenhill & Co. where he was most recently a Managing Director and Co-Head of FinTech.
