Mondi : completes the sale of Pine Bluff mill (US)

London, 1 June 2018 - Further to the announcement made on 4 April 2018, Mondi confirms that all customary closing conditions have been satisfied and it has completed the sale of its flat sack kraft paper mill in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, USA, to Twin Rivers Paper Company LLC.

Mondi continues to focus on strengthening its leading industrial bags position in North America.
