2015 Sustainability Performance

2020 Sustainability Targets

Mosaic took an important step forward in 2015 by announcing three measurable 2020 Environmental Targets-to reduce by 10 percent per product tonne our freshwater and energy use, and greenhouse gas emission.

Achieving these targets requires companywide support, and leadership at every level of the organization. Mosaic developed and now uses expanded metrics to track performance in freshwater and energy use, and greenhouse gas emission. To accelerate learning and performance, leaders are actively sharing innovations and best practices across sites and business segments. The goal is to help employees learn how their work impacts Mosaic's progress, encourage collaboration and strive for continuous improvement.
