MRSK Tsentra : Formation of a personnel reserve - one of activities of "Lipetskenergo"

IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division held a seminar-training 'Key competences of a Distribution Zone master', which became the next event of the formation, replenishment and renewal of personnel reserve.

Such workshops, seminars, training sessions for reservists are held by 'Lipetskenergo' annually. Their main goal is to ensure timely and quality provision of requirements of the Company with specialists, to replace executive positions at all levels of management. Work on the formation and development of the personnel reserve provides a high-quality selection and targeted training of candidates to nomination for management positions, reduction of a staff adaptation period and creating an environment that motivates specialists to professional growth. In addition, the Company can reduce risks by ensuring long-term staffing.

The training, held in December, was aimed at raising the professional level of one of the strategically important category of leaders in the energy sector - masters, and as a result, ensuring the human resource management process effectiveness.

During the theoretical phase of the workshop its trainers told the branch experts on how to properly set goals and plan activities, manage and organize their workflow, monitor and analyze the work progress, as well as create labour motivation of the staff. The knowledge received by the experts of 'Lipetskenergo' was consolidated by practice focused cases. The project received high marks from the audience.
