MRSK Tsentra : In 2017 Voronezhenergo repaired about half a thousand transformer substations

IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo division approved its repair program for 2017. As part of its implementation more than 1,364 kilometres of overhead lines of 0.4-110 kV and 457 transformer substations will be repaired. The sum of the cost of these activities will exceed 138 million rubles.

Overhaul will be performed at the 35 kV and 110 substations 'Khrenovoye', 'Vereyka', 'Troitskoye-1', 'Semenovka', 'Klepovka', 'Losevo', 'Krivaya Polyana', 'Troitskoye'. These energy facilities supply electricity to 56 settlements, located in Kalacheevsky, Novokhopersky, Ramonsky, Pavlovsky, Bobrovsky, Talovsky, Buturlinovsky and Ostrogozhsky district of the Voronezh region.

Much attention will be given to clearing ROWs of overhead power lines from trees and shrubs, which is conducted for prevention of failures. This year more than 1,428 hectares of ROWs along power lines are to be cleared.

The implementation of the repair program is one of the key activities of preparation of electric grid facilities of Voronezhenergo for autumn-winter peak loads. Timely and full implementation of its activities allows to provide reliable power supply to consumers of the Voronezh region in the period of cold weather.
