MRSK Tsentra PAO : IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division concluded more than 4,500 contracts for provision of value-added services for four months in 2016

For four months of 2016 Smolenskenergo concluded 4,504 contracts for provision of value-added services. According to experts, the most popular among residents of the Smolensk region was the service of replacement and installation of electricity meters, as well as execution of works related to customers' competence in implementing the grid connection procedure. Proceeds of the branch from the value-added services for the reporting period amounted to 38.86 million rubles.

For 4 months in 2016 the branch received 2,864 requests for replacement and installation of metering devices. 275 contracts were signed for provision of services for maintenance and repair of street lighting networks. On request of municipal administrations of the Smolensk region the branch operates and maintains 33 thousand fixtures owned by the municipalities.

In addition, in January-April 2016 the branch received applications for operational maintenance and repair of electric grids and electric equipment, testing and diagnostics of high-voltage equipment and electrical safety devices, relocation of networks, and some others.

Smolenskenergo pays particular attention to improving customer service quality, which is achieved through regular training seminars and certification of personnel responsible for customer interactions.

Only for four months of this year from customers the branch received 1,560 positive reviews for the provision of value-added services. For example, a resident of the village of Prokhachevo in Gagarinsky district N. Zaitseva referred to the branch for the service 'Grid connection support', works under her application were carried out in a timely and professional manner, what she was satisfied with; N. Kuzemchenkov of the village of Volkovo in Rudnyansky district thanked power engineers for quality work and quick solution to the problem by replacing the metering device, he also praised the skills of specialists with whom he communicated; and B. Shuev from the township of Khislavichi was very pleased with the help of power engineers to reissue documents for power supply of his residential house.
