Power engineers of IDGC of Centre have completely restored reliable energy supply in regions of its service area, affected by the weather. In connection with the normalization of the operational situation, special operating modes in the branches 'Belgorodenergo' and 'Voronezhenergo' have been cancelled. The Belgorod branch of the company introduced a high alert mode, which provides for enhanced control over the operation of power facilities.

High alert modes also continue to operate in the branches 'Kurskenergo', 'Lipetskenergo', 'Tambovenergo'.

Please, be reminded that on 18 and 19 April, due to the cyclone passing through part of the Central District, local technological failures in the operation of power lines were recorded in IDGC of Centre's service areas, caused by the fall of trees and branches onto wires, as well as snow accumulation leading to breakage.

The repair crews of the company promptly liquidated technological violations. At present, electricity is supplied to consumers according to the regular scheme. In some districts of the regions there are still damaged sections of 0.4 kV lines, including those located in the consumer's responsibility zone. The work will last until the restoration of uninterrupted power supply.

Calls from citizens on a 24-hour basis are received by IDGC of Centre's Contact Centre via the single direct number at 8-800-50-50-115 (free of charge).
