23 students of energy crews of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division visited the museum of the Lipetsk Air Centre. During the excursion, the future power engineers were told about the history of the Lipetsk 'small air academy', starting from the moment the first airplane squadron 'Ilya Muromets' landed on the racetrack and ending with the work on studying the combat capabilities of Russia's latest aircraft technology.

The students were shown video clips of flights of aerobatic crews of the air centre 'Falcons of Russia', in addition, they saw new exhibits, in particular, a catapult chair with a portable emergency stock and a cabin of the MiG-29 airplane simulator.

'In the museum of the Lipetsk Air Centre we got acquainted with the main stages of aviation development in Lipetsk, saw modern armament of winged vehicles and equipment of pilots, learned a lot of interesting things about the everyday life of pilots, how their trainings are conducted and what elements are worked out in the sky by air aces of the 'Falcons of Russia',' stresses a representative of the students' crew 'Alternative', the third year student of Zadonsk Polytechnic College specializing in 'Technical Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Electromechanical Equipment' Alexander Efremov.
