MRSK Tsentra : The Organizing Committee of the All-Russian Contest "New Idea" expressed gratitude to the director of the Tver branch of IDGC of Centre

Ilya Kozlov, Egor Vinogradov and Vladimir Stepanov, students of Tver State Technical University of the Electric Power Department, members of the construction crew of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division received an incentive prize for the third All-Russian contest 'New Idea' for the best scientific and technical development among young people of enterprises and organizations of the fuel and energy complex, which was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.

The 'New Idea' involved more than 100 organizations of the fuel and energy complex, 220 projects were submitted in 17 sections. Students from TSTU represented the Tver branch of IDGC of Centre at the contest. The young people offered to the judgement of the competent jury a development dedicated to reducing commercial and technical losses in distribution grids. As the team captain Ilya Kozlov said, he and his classmates created a whole package of measures, which included both innovative developments that require serious financial investments and also less costly but effective measures and methods to combat losses. For the selection of the perspective topic of the project, the team of authors was awarded an incentive prize of the contest.

The Organizing Committee of the All-Russian Contest 'New Idea' expressed gratitude to the director of the Tver branch of IDGC of Centre Vadim Yurchenko for the active position and support of new ideas of young specialists. The head of Tverenergo stressed that the branch in every possible way welcomes the interest of students of specialized educational institutions to work in the electric grid complex, to the production activity of the company. 'For this purpose, students' construction crews are created every year on the basis of Distribution Zones of the branch, open doors days are held, trainees are enrolled with subsequent employment. All the three young people, who received the 'New Idea' award, have their aim to work at Tverenergo, I think they will succeed,' stressed Vadim Yurchenko.
