Reference is made to the Notice of Annual General Meeting of NagaCorp Ltd. (the "Company") dated 16 March 2016 convening the annual general meeting of the Company on 20 April 2016 (the "AGM Notice").
The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") noted that there is an inadvertent typographical error in both the English and Chinese versions of the AGM Notice and hereby clarifies that the date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the shareholders of the Company to the final dividend as set out in the first line of paragraph (v)(b) under the Notes in the AGM Notice should be "26 April 2016" instead of "20 April 2016".
Apart from the above, the content of the AGM Notice remains unchanged.
