Attached below is an amended Appendix 3Y notice, Notice of Change in
Director's Interest in respect of a director, Mr Richard England originally dated 9
December 2013. The amendment corrects a typographical error relating to the number of securities held indirectly by Mr England after the reported change, which should have shown that Mr England indirectly held the same number of securities both before and after the reported change.
