The World IPv6 Launch seeks to promote the spread of IPv6 throughout global markets. Participants include website operators, network operators and home router vendors from all over the world. The event is organized by the ISOC, a non-profit international organization, and is scheduled to take place on June 6, 2012.

NEC AccessTechnica boasts more than ten years of experience and know-how with IPv6 since it first became involved in the field in 2001. The company is currently providing home gateway services that support IPv6 for KDDI Corporation's "au HIKARI" services, the same home gateway that will be featured in this event.

Looking forward, NEC AccessTechnica aims to continue driving the advancement of IPv6 throughout the world.
