announced today that NEC AccessTechnica, Ltd. will
participate in the "Home Router Vendors" category
of the Internet Society's (ISOC) World IPv6 Launch
2012. NEC AccessTechnica is the only Japan-based vendor
participating in the Home Router Vendors category.
The World IPv6 Launch seeks to promote the spread of IPv6
throughout global markets. Participants include website
operators, network operators and home router vendors from
all over the world. The event is organized by the ISOC, a
non-profit international organization, and is scheduled to
take place on June 6, 2012.
NEC AccessTechnica boasts more than ten years of experience
and know-how with IPv6 since it first became involved in
the field in 2001. The company is currently providing home
gateway services that support IPv6 for KDDI
Corporation's "au HIKARI" services, the same
home gateway that will be featured in this event.
