Munich, 3 April 2017 - ALLPLAN today announced the latest version of its web-based CAFM solution for infrastructure and technical facility management. Featuring efficient tools and optimised interfaces, Allplan Allfa 2017 creates smooth work processes that enable facility and property managers to carry out their tasks even more efficiently and cost-effectively.

'In order to manage sites as effectively as possible and secure their value, a flexible CAFM system that is easy to use is required. Allplan Allfa 2017 delivers precisely this - its optimised interfaces to current BIM and CAD systems and many improved tools create a powerful desktop environment, both for today and for the future,' says Marion Gran, Head of Product Management Facility Management, ALLPLAN GmbH.

The most important new features at a glance:

Powerful interfaces and Windows 10: a reliable data exchange is the basis for successful cooperation between all planning partners. In the current version of its CAFM solution, ALLPLAN therefore offers bi-directional interfaces to Allplan Architecture 2017 and AutoCAD 2017. In addition, Allplan Allfa 2017 now runs under Windows 10.

Expanded viewer function: the viewer in Allplan Allfa 2017 enables graphical information to be edited, just like in a CAD system: users can draw, move, rotate and delete layouts and equipment, and can thus plan a relocation regardless of the application being used.

Fast search function: especially when working with large data volumes, an easy-to-use search function significantly lightens the daily workload. The optimised search function in Allplan Allfa 2017 saves users time by enabling them to quickly find the required information.
