Regulatory News:

Neopost (Paris:NEO), the European leader and number two worldwide supplier of mailroom solutions, today announced that it had completed the acquisition of GMC Software Technology, a leader in the field of Customer Communication Management (CCM). GMC Software Technology's seamless solutions allow companies to manage inbound and outbound communications with customers, regardless of the media and the channel used (paper mail, e-mail, fax, text messages, social networks, etc.).

Based in Switzerland since its foundation in 1994, GMC Software Technology has now a direct presence in over twenty countries in Europe, America and Asia. It employs over 300 people, including 130 engineers. It has over one thousand clients around the world who can produce in excess of 100 million personalised documents per month. These customers include print service providers, banking and insurance, retail, business services, telecommunications, utilities and health services.

GMC Software Technology has been delivering double-digit revenue growth for several years thanks to its successful strategy of development among print service providers and more recently with banks, insurance companies and other vertical markets. In 2011, it reported revenues of 42 million Swiss francs from the sale of software licenses, contracts for the implementation of tailored solutions and annual maintenance contracts.

The cutting-edge GMC Inspire software suite is designed for both transactional and marketing multi-channel communication. GMC Inspire facilitates the creation and production of appropriate materials in all media. It also optimizes postal costs and enables companies to manage on-demand communication (sending brochures, manuals, etc.).

Neopost Chairman and CEO Denis Thiery commented: "We are delighted to welcome to Neopost the teams of GMC Software Technology, a fast growing company. GMC's recognized technology and know-how will enable us to provide additional services to our customers in a major step toward the integrated and coordinated management of various customer communication tools, beyond the exchange of mail.

"It will also allow us to extract exciting revenue synergies with our high-end folder/inserter customers while giving us better access to the major accounts with whom GMC has forged close ties. Lastly, the GMC Inspire software solutions will effectively complement the output solution Print Machine we currently sell to our customers."

GMC Software Technology CEO René Müller said: "Joining Neopost is a great source of satisfaction for us. We will be able to continue expanding GMC's range of products for large accounts and maximize growth opportunities by leveraging Neopost's customer base while at the same time moving up into another league from the strategic point of view. The complementary fit between our software solutions and Neopost data quality or output solutions, for example, is obvious."
