RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company Plc (AIM: NTOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of assets in the USA and Egypt, announces that all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the formal Notice of General Meeting dated 12 May 2016, were duly passed on a show of hands.
