NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE: NS) announced today that it has received two honors recognizing the company as one of the “Best Places to Work” for Millennials and Information Technology employees.

NuStar ranked No. 8 among midsize organizations on IDG Computerworld’s list of the “2015 Best Places to Work in IT.” This list was compiled based on comprehensive questionnaires regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, training and retention. In addition, Computerworld conducts extensive surveys of IT workers, and their responses factor heavily in determining the rankings.

NuStar also captured the No. 32 spot on the list of the “100 Best Workplaces for Millennials 2015,” which was compiled by Fortune magazine and the Great Place to Work Institute. Winning companies were selected based on the anonymous evaluations of nearly 90,000 millennial-aged employees who were surveyed using the Trust Index, Great Place to Work’s employee assessment survey.

“Our employees are the ones who make NuStar such a great place to work,” said NuStar President and CEO Brad Barron. “Their energy, enthusiasm and can-do spirit make it fun to come to work.

“Our Chairman Bill Greehey established our culture of treating our employees as our No. 1 asset many years ago. So we continually strive to make NuStar an even greater place to work for all of our employees as they are the key to our success.”
