ODFJELL SE On 19 December 2014 Odfjell SE entered into a Total Return Swap (TRS) agreement with DNB Markets. The TRS comprises 5,891,166 A-shares and 2,322,482 B-shares with expiry on 19 March 2015.
Today, the expiry date for this TRS has been extended to 3 July 2015, with agreed strike prices of NOK 24.34 and NOK 23.32 respectively.
After these transactions Odfjell SE owns no shares in Odfjell SE.
