OKLAHOMA CITY, June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE) announced today that its subsidiary, Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company (OG&E), intends to call all $140 million principal amount outstanding of its 6.50 percent senior notes due 2034 (CUSIP 678858BE0).

The notes will be redeemed at 103.25 percent of their principal amount, plus accrued interest, on August 1, 2014.

This press release does not constitute a notice of redemption of the notes. Holders of the notes should refer to the notice of redemption to be delivered to the registered holders by UMB Bank, N.A., the trustee with respect to the notes.
