Olympique Lyonnais Groupe : BREAKDOWN OF OL GROUPE’S SHARE CAPITAL

Following the Shareholders' Meeting of 5 December 2017, erroneous information circulated in certain media about changes in the capital of OL Groupe.

To ensure that the public is perfectly well informed and to enable these media to issue corrections, as necessary, the Company hereby publishes the breakdown of its capital as of 30 November 2017.

(1) As of 30 November 2017, Jean-Michel Aulas held 55.74% of the shares and 89.77% of the voting rights of ICMI SAS.

(2) Board members other than ICMI, mentioned separately (excluding shares, if any, held by companies related to Board members).

(3) These figures reflect the sale of shares following which Pathé declared to the AMF on 24 November 2017 that its ownership interest and voting rights had decreased below the 20% threshold to 19.50% of the share capital and 26.29% of theoretical voting rights. 

To the best of the Company's knowledge, these percentages have not changed as of the date of this press release.

As of 30 November 2017, the figures related to the OSRANEs were as follows:
