Previously, Forman served as director of Ketchum Digital. She continues to report to Barri Rafferty, senior partner and CEO of Ketchum North America.

A pioneer in the digital space, Forman has led the charge for Ketchum and its clients in their digital and creative strategies, creating two-way conversations and engagement with unfettered commitment to analytics and measurement.

Forman joined Ketchum in 1998, initially leading creative design, video, event production, and interactive web development services. In 2008 she established Ketchum's Content Shop, and in 2009 she launched Ketchum Digital, bringing together the agency's existing digital capabilities - digital strategy, content development, creative, social listening and analytics, social media engagement, and paid media - which previously had been embedded in various businesses throughout the organization. Forman helped expand Ketchum's StoryWorks offering throughout its offices worldwide, resulting in an agency capability that propelled Ketchum's digital business forward while providing best-in-class client service.
