Pursuant to art. 5, item 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. ('Orange Polska', 'Company') informs about the registration by the court on May 15, 2018 of amendments to the Articles of Association of Orange Polska S.A. made by the resolution of the General Meeting dated 20 April 2018.
