PARMALAT SPA Parmalat S.p.A. communicates that, on 31/12/2015 has ended the exercise of "warrant ordinary Parmalat shares 2005-2015", ISIN Code IT0003826481, and as result of this procedure the share capital has now been increased by 13,953,725 euros to 1,855,082,338 euros (of which 1,767,117,203 shares and 87,965,135 shares deriving from the exercise of warrants) from 1,841,128,613 euros.
In relation to the share capital the latest status is as follows:
3,659,541 shares or 0.2% of the share capital are still in a deposit account at Parmalat S.p.A., registered in the name of individually identified commercial creditors;
2,049,096 shares or 0.1% of the share capital, in the company's disposal, as treasury shares.
