Rio de Janeiro, July 19, 2018 - Petróleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras informs that yesterday it has extended the payment term of a debt with Mizuho Bank, in the amount of US$ 1 billion, due in two tranches, one in 2020 and the other in 2022. The new credit line terms include maturity in 2024 and more competitive financial costs.

The transaction is in line with the company's liability management strategy, which aims to improve the amortization profile and the cost of debt, taking into account the deleveraging goal set forth in its 2018-2022 Business and Management Plan.
